Dr. Deanna Mayfield
Clinical and School Psychologist
Dr. Mayfield is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Dr. Mayfield has had the privilege of providing psychological services and supporting Hastings and Prince Edward and surrounding communities for over 20 years.

Dr. Mayfield holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Mayfield has competencies in the areas of clinical and school psychology with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Kali Rorabeck
Psychotherapist and Psychometrist
Kali holds a Master’s of Education degree (M.Ed.) in Counselling Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist, and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Kali provides individual psychotherapy with adolescents and adults using evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused therapy.
Kali also works as a psychometrist who supports the psychological assessment process under the supervision of Dr. Deanna Mayfield. Kali is highly skilled and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Kali has worked as a psychometrist in both private practice and within the education system.

Lisa Lynch
Registered Behaviour Analyst
Lisa is a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Lisa uses Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support children, adolescents, and adults in building emotional and behavioural regulation, communication, daily living, and social skills. Lisa offers parent and caregiver coaching to help families support their child’s skill development.
Lisa also supports the completion of autism diagnostic assessments under the supervision of Dr. Deanna Mayfield.

Blaire Boomhower
Psychometrist
Blaire is the office psychometrist and coordinator of psychoeducational and diagnostic assessments. Working under the supervision of Dr. Deanna Mayfield, Blaire completes psychometric testing that explores the cognitive, academic, behavioural, and social-emotional functioning of children, adolescents, and adults.
Blaire strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, valued, and supported throughout the assessment experience.
